EKKO-PO header

EKPO-PO items

EKBE-History of PO

These r all related based on the Purchasing Document Number

Hierarchy

is

EKKO

EKPO

EKBE

all have EBELN and EBELP fields

link them using these fields

EKKO and EKPO related to MM Purchasing Documents and EKBE related Good reciept in MM Purchasing.

MSEG and EKBE are related like below:

MSEG (Document Segment: Material)

Document No (MBLNR)

Fiscal Year (MJAHR)

Line Item (ZEILE)

EKBE (History of Purchasing Document)

Purchasing Doc (EBELN) Item (EBELP) Account Assign (ZEKKN) Trans Type (VGABE) Fiscal Year (MJAHR) Document No (MBLNR) Line Item (ZEILE)

EKKO and EKPO related like below with fields:

EKPO

(Purchasing Document Item)

Purchasing Doc (EBELN)

Item (EBELP)

EKKO

(Purchasing Document Header)

Purchasing Doc (EBELN)

All shud be related with EBELN.
