table maintenance

Hi

I have modified(added some fields)in a Z table . Now i need to know how to adjust the table maintenace generator wheather we need to delete and recreate or any other option is there

pls let me know

hi,

You need not delete it and regenerate do this way ...

Go to Table Maintainence screen in change mode .. click on the change button You will get a popup in that press 'Expert Mode' button and select last check box 'Refresh Overview screen' and press enter ...

Thanks for reply .

I did as you mentioned all fields are coming except last one

When i press maintain button after the step done which you told i am getting an error like

"Address cannot be maintained,entry in the table TSADRV missing"

Pls let me know what is the problem.

hi,

I guess there is some problem in generation ... So delete and regenerate to avoid that problem...

You can use the table maintanance generator in Utilities in SE11 for table maintanance.

Hi,

Go to SE14 ->Give table name ->At the bottom , you will find one tab "Activate and Adjust Database" ->select radio button "Save Data".

Automatically, your database table will be adjusted and saved.
