Table Maintenance

Hi,

Whenever a Ztable is created in SE16 , is it mandatory that we create table maintenance or optional??

If your table need to be updated in your production environment, you have to create the table maintenance

The Ztable needs to be updated by a file interface from a legacy system , of course not directly. In this case is Maintenance needed , please clearify.

it is optional,if u want to make entries into the table in production server we use table maintenance......

Table maintainence is optional..You use table maintainence when you want to make your table customisable

Hi

you wil creat a ztable in se11

after that if you want to enter values record by record then you will go for SE16

if you want to make multiple entries at once then you must reat a table maintannce genarator

other wise if you want to enter data by record by recod then no need to go for table maintanace genarator
