Table Maintenance: problem with customizing client

Hi,

I use FM <b>VIEW_MAINTENANCE_CALL</b> for table Maintenance. If the client is<b> customizing</b> I can't use this for changing the values of table. Is there a way with which I can use this FM in customizing client?
