Table maintenance generator

hi all, could you please help me in rectifying in the following problem.

i have created a ztable, also maintained data through table generator. later i needed to delete some fields from the ztable, so i deleted data at run time from the ztable, now the table is empty, so i deleted the fields i needed to. after that to maintain data in sm30 if i press any tab it is giving me run time error saying sysntax error in a screen.

You have to re-generate the maintenance view

Hi,

Go to SE14.

Then Give the Table Name>Click Activate and Adjust database>Select Radio Button delete Data

Then Create TMG once Again.from Se11.

in case of table maintainence generator when u change the structure of the table u have to recreate the TMG.

Hi,

Regenerate the maintenance generator once again for the table through SE11.

take the below menu path after going to SE11.

utilities->maintenance generator.

no use, still i am getting the sme error....

Hi Sippy

Have you adjusted and activated the table in SE14

Goto SE14

Give the table name and

Click on Adjust/Activate button

Still if it doesnt work

then delete the table maintenance generator and create again

to do that

goto SE11>table name>display--

utilities-->table maintenance generator

If you are in change mode you should get a delete button on the application tool to the left

click on that and delete

then recreate
