Table Maintenance Generator

I created a maintenance screen using the Utilities / Table Maintenance generator in SE11. Later I went back and added 6 more fields to the table, and I am trying to regenerate the table maintenance screen. I keep getting the error message "Function Group XXXXX Cannot be Processed". Does anybody know what this is?

Please use transaction SE54 and regenerate the Function Group

Go to SE80, open your Function group ZXXXX, and activate it.

Go to the same screen in SE11, Utilities / Table Maintenance where you created the maintenance, delete the function group and create it again.
