table for defect recording

Dear Sir,

We need to make a report showing inspection lot wise rejection detail . We are getting most of data from table QALS , but we are not able to find the Defects reason any where .

Kindly guide us as which table can be used to get the information pertaining to Defect Reasons in reference to an Inspection Lot .

Me and all my colleagues assure to not give any points for the suggested solution pl .

Try Table QMFE (Quality notification - items) Defect type.

Thanks for reply .

But in table QFEE no information is available . I understand that structure QFAAI has this information available , but we need to know the table as we can not access the information directly using the Structure .
