Table for Authorizations

Dear,

i want to have a table where the basis consultant restict user authrizations?now my question is,i want to restrict the user based on the plants.by basis consultant they will assign the plants based on so and so.it means that if i am the user,for how many plants i have the authorization .now i wanted to know all the plant names.
