Actually I want to capture all the Master Data changes and get the master data information as on a particular date...
Currently I see that the client has disabled 'Log Changes' in Technical Settings of the standard tables too.. so I want to know whether there is any other way to capture these changes

Dear Grame,
First of all the Basis Team needs to set a parameter in Tcode RZ11.
Parameter name is rec/client
Put the value as 100
Generally the default value is OFF.
Then activate the change for the required table in SE11.
To do this, go to SE11> Go into the table in change mode> Go to technical settings> Tick Log Data Changes Check box> Save and activate the table.
Then you can see all the table change logs from the current date.

If it is a mastre data problem you should go over change pointers and sending IDOCS. But this has nothing to do with ABAP.

Hi,
The change log is maintained in tables CDHDR and CDPOS. If you want to disable this you need to uncheck the log data changes option in technical settings of the table.
