SWE_EVENT_CREATE delay in event triggering

Hi,

I have used the 'SWE_EVENT_CREATE' to trigger the event 'BUS1006' to replicate the BP from IS-U to C4C.

The issue is working fine, but the thing is it is replicating after 10 mins from the change of BP.

setting the delay_flag in FM as 'abap_true', if i pass abap_false, event is not triggering.

Please help me out.
