That is not Service and Agreement .
that is Service Level Agreements(SLA).
SLA is nothing but agreement between the client and Supporting company.

Hi ,
in support phase of your project..
depending on that agreeement
depending on the severity of the bug you have to clear the bug in a
certain amount of time
for ex it is high priority clear it in 4 hours
medium means oneday
low means 3 days...
