Subtype technical name

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me a transaction I can use to find the technical name of a subtype.

I'm trying to find the name of 'Secretary' (9045) within Infotype 0105.

For example I know that the technical name of 'Email' (0010) is SYHR_A_P0105_AF_EMAIL

How do I find this information?

Do you know how I can add new fields to an Infoset specifically ZHR_XX_PA_ESS Country code 08?

I think this is where I'm missing the fields I need displayed.
