submit program in background job

Hi all.

Somehow I'm not able of using the following source code within a program executed within a scheduled job:

SUBMIT RFEBKA00 USING SELECTION-SET 'VAR1'.

The above program is the transaction FF_5.

in program RFEBKA00 selection screen go to Output control , there you may have to check the Option

Execute as Background Job and see...

try to code in the below mentioned ...

use BATCH = 'X' option.

submit rfebka00 USING SELECTION-SET 'VAR1' 
  with batch  = 'X' AND RETURN

The problem is with this spesific program.
