Hello Sana

I guess you mean structural search in the OM (OrgManagement).

In 6.20 there is a BAdI HRBAS00_SEARCH (package SP00).

In 6.40 SAP has created a new package PBAS_SELECTION having one BAdI (HRBAS00_SELECTION).

I am not sure if this is the answer to your question yet it may be start for further searching.
