Hi there,

I am using SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send an email. I would like to keep the sent mail in the 'Shared Folders' in SBWP. I know I can save it in the outbox easily but how do I get the mail into 'Shared Folders'?

Thanks.

if moving to another folder is not possible, can I send the mail from a specific user account (not necessarily the person who is logged in). That way the file is saved in one outbox so it would be easy to trace.

I tried changing the sender but that just changed who the sender was on the email. The actual mail is still in my inbox.

me again - I changed the sender type to USR and sender_address to a SAP User name and the email was saved in the outbox of the SAP Username

thanks
