Std Data Element Description or Field text Description change

Dear All,

we are using 2 clients in Production server - one for India and another one Canada.for ex, Canada user login in 100 clinet - They have to see in XK01 - Region field as Province as description instead of Region. If Indian user login 050 client and they go to Xk01 then these users should see Region field as it is.This is the requirement.

So, How to change Field Text Description according to Client Specific.

Hi,

Well in such cases we can change the text of the data element in the translation section, but i guess both india and canada will use the EN language so this wont work for you, try to see if you have any enhancment pt in the PBO of the screen (XK01) if yes, pass the text to the field in PBO.
