standard text

Hi experts,

I have some standard texts(SO10).Can any one tell me how to use(insert) texts in Smartforms?

hi,

In the Text type give the name..

Include Text

then you can give the name of the standard text.

Change as Include text

And give the name of standard text there.

But it is asking text object & text id also...but i want to enter only standard text....

I believe that the object would be "TEXT" and the id is "ST".

I think text id is 'ST' & Object is the Std Text name..

Kaki,

Open up your Standard Text in SO10. Now hit GoTo->Header. This willgive you your Text Name, Language, Text ID and Text Object.

Put this info into your Include Text node in SmartForms.

Press F4 on the field and select your text...

The fields get updated automatically

Hi

Create new Text element and from drop down select

include text option then specify.

Text name

Text object

Text ID

Language

u can also add in text element, same way which we perform in SAPscript but that will not support in 4.7 onward.
