Standard Text Change - SAP Script

Hi,

I have a requirement of changing text in the 'Standard Text' of SAP Script. I made the changes to the 'Standard Text' in TCode 'SO10' but while saving it is not prompting for Transport Request creation. How can i create a transport request and how can i move the changes from Development to Quality system.

I tried to check this in forums but could not find the solution. Please suggest a way to meet the requirement.
