This is what the data element documentation says..

Desired vendor

Definition

Specifies the number of the vendor suggested by the requisitioner to the

purchasing department for this purchase order.

EBAN table is the purchase requisition table and there the DESIRED VENDOR means is nothing but the VENDOR.

Hi,

it is lifnr field from eban table.

desired vendor is the short text for data element wlief.
