do u have any standard report which retrieves me customer number, customer name of those who receive inbound ASN.

if you are looking for any standrad report just have a look at SAP1 and SAP2 Tcodes which gives you list of standrad reports from all the modules

You can use this FM/BAPI.
BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE
RV_DELIVERY_CREATE
BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA.
For IDoc solution, you can use this FM IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1.
