ST22 with S_DEVELOP....what fields?

Hi All,

I have added ST22 for a config Display role. Added the object S_DEVELOP and stuck at the fields assignment - Package, Obj name, Obj type, Auth Group.

Any/All help is appreciated.

Well, as long as ACTVT is nothing else than 03 you're fairly safe.

I'm slightly surprised that adding ST22 to a role doesn't bring along proposals for any of the other fields. I'd suggest OBJTYPE DEBUG (as does my minisap system, NW2004), with no other suggestions for the other fields....

With this role start ST22 with a trace running and look at values checked to squeeze the role tighter.

Without assigning the Auth Grp, i'm a little apprehensive abt giving the Obj Type as Debug.

what do u think guys?

I think you should do what Jurjen suggested and run a trace on ST22 and update your role accordingly. If it turns out that S_DEVELOP isn't needed and you can reflect that change in SU24. If it is needed then update SU24 and happy days.
