Hi Expert!!

I am facing strange problem in PRD server during the start trace by the st01.

I have started the trace but recording has not been done. Also, the trace file has not been generating and giving the error once i do click on the error file .. message that " ERROR INFORMATION FROM THE SAP KERNEL could not be read"

Mutex Status "locked" displaying with process 1

DEV/QAS having no problem and mutex status are available

Any ideas ?

Do you get anything in SM21 for this? What does the log say?
