Pls have a look at the Blogs which was presented by

Gregor Wolf under the session "Active Blogs" and choose the which was posted on Oct 11,2005.

You can search using the below tytle:

"Setup HTTPS(SSL) for Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver04 ABAP Editor on Windows"

As well as SAP Note 510007.

Well, but in any case you need to get the SAPCRYPTOLIB (which is subject of export control, see<a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/397175">SAP Note 397175</a>)
