SRM:Material Replicate not happening automatically

Hi All,

I am facing Material Replicate issue,where the replication is not happening automatically.Can anyone suggest me what needs to be done.

1. 1. Go to R3AS for initial download and give mentioned details.

After clicking on execute button, you will get below message.

2.Go to R3AM1 to monitor the downloaded object.

Click on execute,

Status will show in Running.

3.Go to SMQ2 to view the stuck entry.

Double click on queue name,

Click on activate queue button to push this entry manually.

Click on activate queue button to push this entry manually.

Click on Ok.

After pushing it manually, material group will transfer to SRM and in R3AM1 status will change to green.

Usually in SMQ2 if status is ready, it should transfer automatically, there is no need to push it manually by activating queue but in our case we need to push it manually. Any idea what went wrong?

Can you check in SMQR tcode if that queue is registered to be processed automatically?

In SMQR I am getting this screen...based on the above the screenshot the Queues present there should it be registered in the below screen?

Hi,

Check notes 1067854 and/or 909869 and 527481.

Also see if there are enough dialog work processes(transaction RZ12) to handle the queues and also that enough are assigned to RFC processing.

Hi All,

Please check the registration is correct first.

Next remove stuck queues in SRM based on Materials group.

Then in R3ac1 make sure add the table and no filter present.

the above steps will resolve the issue.
