SRM Confirmation Error - Could not read Backend Data

I am creating confirmation using FM BBP_PF_CONF_CREATE for a PO. When confirmation is created for one line item, custom program works correctly and it creates confirmation. When mutliple items are passed, for last item I get error 'Could not read Backend Data'. Has anybody faced similar issue earlier?
