SQL error "SQL code: 1555" occurred while accessing table "VBUK"

Database error text: "SQL message: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: roll segment number 192 with name "_SYSSMU192_956310890$" too small"

The termination occurred in ABAP program "SDRQCR21", in "DATA_SELECT". The main program was "SDRQCR21".

Why does this termination happens?
