I am running a sales register report in the background. In the spool the report is not displayed properly ( ie, suppose there are 20 fields for the report, then the first 10 fields are displayed properly and the remaining 10 fields are displayed below the first 10 fields ...that is the whole 20 fields are not displayed horizontally)..But when i run the sales register report in foreground and export to excel it is working properly.

Hi,

That is the length Problem in the SPOOL, if you download the SPOOL to your Desktop then that will be download in the Same format which you are getting from Standard one ...

is there any method to change the length of the spool???

Hi Subin,

When you schedule the report use the printer as LOCL. This will make the report ouput to fit the page width.

no...if u use 'save to local file' option it is downloaded in the same format as in the spool.
