Hi,

Can we convert the spool into excel format and send as attachement via mail.I don't want to send spool as PDF.

Karthik,

Use the function "RSPO_DOWNLOAD_SPOOLJOB"

or use "BAPI_XBP_JOB_SPOOLLIST_READ_20 "
