spool request not printed

I ran two background jobs and each job created spool requests.

One spool request is printed successfully and the another one is not printed.

why the spool not printed ?

Where we need to check ?

The printers are same..

compare the prioritys of both he spool id's in SP01 and the storage mode..

The priorities for the both are same... and may I know what is storage mode and where I need to check ?
