Spool request not generated

Hi All,

        I created a GR document using MIGO and checked the 'print via output control' and not getting a spool request. This is using a sapscript and zebra printer for printing. But while checking with another Zebra printer I am able to print. Please could anyone tell me what is the problem with the 1st printer?

If it works with one printer and doesn't work with another then what's the probability of this being a printer problem vs. programming issue?

Please clarify what troubleshooting was done by Basis/Netweaver admin and yourself prior to posting this on SCN. And going forward please also refer to this blog and this one before posting a question.
