Spool output alignment mismatch

I am running a z report in background. I am getting all the line items but my header data and line item data alignment is mismatched. Pls help.

Could you provide more information, did you check the print settings, did you encounter the same problem in interactive mode, what tool did you use to generate the spool, etc.?

Formatting set to 'X_65_80'

did not have any problem in normal execution.
