Spool log: Error message from host spool

Hi,

Can any body please help me to get resolve the below issue?

SAP spool error log...

Print request processing log

The host spool is reporting errors

---------------------------------------------------

Message from host spool:

enq: (FATAL ERROR): 0781-372 There are no queues defined in the /etc/qconfig file.

End of message

Errors occurred processing this print request

---------------------------------------------------------------

Error during print request output. l_rc = 1

There may be no printout

I am new to this topic can you please help me out...

You should search for "/etc/qconfig" in the Web. In SAP support Web site, there is the note 19291 - Setting up printers under UNIX.
