Hello freinds,

We have actually applied some upgrade patches in our system.

Currently doing SPAU.

I had some questions on the Note Corrections

I see some Yellow Triangle one some Red circle before the note.

Can any one tell me in detail as what needs to be done for the

1 - Yellow Triangle and

2 - red circle ones.

Any onformation would be helpful.

Thanks,

Bob

Yellow needs checking - either you have a higher version already implemented which would now be substituted by a lower one ... or there is something else afoot

red you have to do manually. this most often happens if a note contained manual adjustments to ddic-objects like tables or such

BOb,

Yellow ( semi adjustment ) and RED ( manaully adjustment). As you know once you apply patches some of the SAP standard objects would be modified.

If there is any discrepency it would display with YELLOW and RED. Means there would be custom changes would have been to those objects. Hence, there are appearing for adjustment.

You need to decide whether you want to retain custom changes ( Adopt modifciation) or Accepting SAP version (Reset to original).

Note: First check SPDD if you have not done yet.
