Hello,
What happens when an obsolete note is reset or if it is reset a long time after it because obsolete? Does it make any code changes?
People unfortunately do not always do SPAU processing or notes are implemented inconsistently or not in all the SAP systems in a landscape.
Notes are also implemented in the development system and not transported to subsequent systems. What will happened if this note is reset and the transport imported into QA and Production?
I am trying to understand the risks involved and how to go about cleaning up very old obsolete SAP notes and SAP notes implemented inconsistently.
Best regards

I've been doing SPAU for years. I have always reset such notes. It's the only way to clear them from the queue. No code changes are made, no inconsistencies with test/prod.
