SPAU: Maintenance and Transport Objects

I am processing SPAU items for our upgrade to ERP 5.0 from 46C. Item ISFTRAN S shows on the SPAU list. When I select it, the "View Cluster Maintenance: Initial Screen" is displayed. View Cluster SOBJ awaits my decision to be Displayed or Maintained. I am not familiar with this transaction and what it is. Can someone explain to me what SOBJ is and how I should process it in SPAU? Your assistance is greatly anticipated.
