Hi All,
I ran SPAU and there was an object which has got a green question mark infront of it and when I went back to that SAP std object and tried to implement the note which was implemented before we applied the service pack and tried to open it in the change mode after entering the access key it's giving me an error message : Carry out modification comparison for REPS RSTF500 first. No changes possible"...so can you please tell me what exactly needs to be done in this case.
Thanks,
Prachi

You need to finish re-application of this note through SPAU. Click on the green question mark and follow the instructions.

Looks like a list of your remaining notes in SPAU, and not what you saw immediately after clicking the question mark. Have you checked if the problem still persists now?
If yes, I have no further idea.

if you are looking at OSS notes in SAPU, SAP will automatcially mark the irrelvent ones as grey. The ones where you would need some action , you can check, and decide if you want to reapply.
Looking at your list of notes, you need to look at the traffic light and decide from there hat needs to be done
