SPAU activity

Hi Abapers,

We have applied support pack in development box. i'm handling spau now. i have modified the programs listed in spau by comparing with previous version, copied custom code which is enclosed in insert block. is it enough if i insert this alone? because there is some other code left behind which im nt able to know whether its a custom code or standard. pls confirm.

Also under 'without modification adjustment' category, couple of objects appeared in red colur under 'Maintenance and Transport Objects'. do we need to handle these?

please help me..

Hi premraj,

If you need those objects in your new system ,then you will have to take care of these objects in red too..

For standard reports it's enough to add the modifies made with modification assistance, pay attention that they are not manual correction due an oss note.

For other differences not in INSERT/DELETE/REPLACE block may be some SAP modifies, by the way check version history of the object in order to verify why it was modified and if that block is a custom edit or not; if you need make a comparison between versions.(Utilities->Version->Version management).

Can some on pls clarify my doubt:

in spau, there are some objects displayed under 'without modification adjustment' -->'Maintenance and Transport Objects' with red traffic light.

these objects are all view cluster maintenance. do i need to fix these?
