SOST?

Hi, there:

when I use SOST to see one email. I can see the whole content. but when sending out. truncate some content.

Is there any place to setup limitation in ECC 6.0

I tried, setting sensitivity as 'P, and changed the sender as another iD, and when I went to SOST to view the email I got the below message after clicking on that message. So it works for me that way.

Document is confidential -> function not possible

Message no. SO830

Diagnosis

Acting as substitute for another user, you tried to process a document which was created as an attachment to a confidential document.

System Response

The system will not allow you to process the document because you do not have authorization for this.
