SOST Time Zone

I am using FM: SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send emails. Our system is set to CST, and the User who is generating the emails had EST in their User Profile.

For example, the user generates the email at 4.00 pm EST. The system is setting send time as 4.00pm. The system reaches 4.00 pm at 5.00 pm EST.

The emails are not going immediately, They are going after an hour.

How do we fix this issue?

The problem is the same as in the note, but it not applicable to our system. we have SAP_BASIS - 7.00 SAPKB70011

The note is applicable till 6.20.

check the user exit : EXIT_SAPLBPFC_001

in SAPLBPFC set the date and time to local data and local time
