SOST setup

Hi

In Tcode SOST the transmissions, send successfully no longer works .it give nil selections how I do correct and make the correct setup, the messages are sent to user ‘s Microsoft outlook via Microsoft exchange

just go to Period Tab in SOST and change the selection criteria and also in the tab SEND status select all waiting ,errors and sent and see if it displays any records..

Hi

Thanks , i tried all given options ,all other selections work fine ,but sent succefsully is still showing nothing although the mails have been sent to the recipients.The messages are still shown in transit.

yeah , thing is U have to taken the option to get the READ RECEIPTS , thats y status is TRASTIT.
