something wrong with the GUI???

HI,ALL.

the trouble is that I can not use the screen painter

and the return message is 'no response from graphical screen painter-exiting'.

the thing is U have to install sap gui component for screen painter...Normally when u install SAP, sometimes this component does not get installed and this makes the error...Get the component revelant to screen ainter ans install it...it will work fine...

but i have just installed my sap gui again .

and it dosen't work.
