Something like a time out !!

Hi experts,

If I do nothing on SAP for about 5 minutes, the following message appears and close the SAP:

DSR: connection to partner 'xx.xx.x.xx:sapdp00' broken

Time - Tue Jan 19 13:26:54 2010

Component - NI (network interface)

Release - 710

Version - 39

Module - nixxi.cpp

Line - 4554

Method - NiIRead

Return Code - -6

System Call - recv

Error No - 10053

Error Text - WSAECONNABORTED: Software caused connection abort

Please, i tryed everything and not solved my problem!

try to set Profile parameters .. RZ11 transaction ...

Parameter name : abap/timeout .. change the current value

This is happening on any server, any company, any client, and only in my computer, the others computers are working correctly !!

I tryed to put a new patch on SapLogon, but still don't work.

I think the problem is on my computer !

Please, anyone help me !

Noted that your problem seems to be your machine... What you're seeing is definitely not a time out problem, IMHO.

I would suggest getting help from your network/infrastructure team. I once had the same problem and, as it turned out, had a network connection to my PC that had a problem with signal quality, constantly resending data packets, dropping packets, etc. Have you tried connecting to a different physical connection in your building via ethernet cable? If you get a different behavior, it's probably going to be quality of the signal/connection at your desk/cubicle. It could indeed be your PC, but in that case, I think you would have constant problems with anything, include internet access, that depended upon the network connection.

Hi, All

Please check the Power Option in Control Panel Specially for the Windows 7 User because may be it is running in Power Safe Mode so that after 5 min it may have option to power off for Device like WiFi.

I think the problem is with Power Options, hope after changing problem will solve,
