ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING is for getting the Info of PO that has to be printed

ME_PRINT_PO used for printing the Info

Both are related with the same program SAPLMEDRUCK and the first Fun modules is the 1st include and the second fun module is the 2nd include in that program.
