soamanager binding - How to create via code

is there an API , I can call to create a service binding via code?

Im looking for a way to automate binding creation.

SECATT can create them so I assume there is an API somewhere.

I forgot to add, it was especially the service provider scenario and not as consumer I was interested in.

I have found the class CL_SRT_LP_REGISTRY.

Im looking to create ABAP AS inbound bindings

solves our problem.

Especially function CREATE_RT_CONFIG
