Hai friends,

By using the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 i can send the pdf attchment to the external internet adreess.I would like to change the sender adrress. By default sender adress will be Sapuser email adrress.Is it possible to change the sender mail address to external internet mail adreess

You have do some config changes.

we can attach an email address with the SAP user name.

Eg: Go to the txn SU01.

Chk the communication box in the screen.There u can provide the email ID. So whn u send the mail next time, what ever email is attached here, it will be send as sender address

This can be done by the basis guys, when they create a SAP user itself.

if you are are WAS6.10 (4.7) or above you can use cl_bcs class for emailing which is very flexible.
