SNOTE helps you to implement SAP Notes.You can use this tool to load SAP Notes into your SAP System from both the SAP Service Marketplace and SAPNet R/3 Frontend.

After you have loaded the SAP Notes you need, you can automatically implement the corrections contained in the notes into your system.

As thomas said, Try the info button in the toolbar of the TCode.
