SNOTE: Internal error parent is missing

Hi,

I'm working with an IDES 6.0 EHP4 system.

I want to reset SAP note 992493 because it is obsolete.

After the classic popup 'SAP Note obsolete, will be deimplemented', the Note Assistant issues the following message: 'Internal error parent is missing in CLM_CWB_SMIM_GET; inform person responsible'.

Known Note Assistant bugs are already corrected by application of SAP note 875986.

Any idea how to solve this error ?

I have just the same Problem. Can anyone help? SAP notes are not referenced to this issue.

You need to check the code correction done by SAP note.

Using access key, retrive previous version. This solution I can see.
