SmartFormsOutput Option

Hy All Expert's.

I am made smart forms ZSD_PERFORMA_INV. when i gone for print in VF02 or VF03 for print billing document. i need to define output type. there is alredy defined some output type. i wnt to add my new smartform ZSD_PERFORMA_INV. in that output selection. Also Report Name is same ZSD_PERFORMA_INV.

Please guide me for abouve query.

there are already defined ZPAC : Packing list output type.

i wnt to add my new form there.

Hi ,

You Tell your Functional Consultant To Create new output Type for your Program and Form

IF you know the output Type Then

Go To T/Code-->> NACE

Choose Billing (ie) V3

Then Choose output Types There choose your output type configured for Ex ZPAC

Choose that and click Processing routines

There Assign your Program Name and Form Name Like This

MEDIUM PROGRAM FORM_ROUTINE FORM PDF/SMARTFORM TYPE

Print output ZSD_PERFORMA_INV ENTRY ZSD_PERFORMA_INV SmartForm

Fax RLB_INVOICE ENTRY LB_BIL_INVOICE

This Above Configuration is Customization request

Tell your Functional Consultant to Do it ..

Then Save And Execute The Tcode ...

It will trigger your program and Form

Just seen your Post .....

To Assign the Output Type

Go to T-Code --->> Spro

Choose Sales and Distribution--

---

> Basic Functions

---

>OutputControl--->OutputDetermination--->

Output Determination Using the Condition Technique -

---

>Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents----->

Maintain Output Types---- Execute

OR

for Direct Execution give T/Code V/40

Choose Display or Change Icon

Then Choose New Entries

There give your Zoutput Type Name EX ZPINV

Access sequence choose 0001 (Billing Type )

Tick Mark the Access to Conditions Check Box

Next Tab ( Default Values )

Dispatch Time = Send Immediately (when Saving The application )

Transmission Medium = Print output

Partner Function = Ask your Functional Consultant Which Value to Choose

Then Next Tab ( Storage System )

Storage Mode = Print Only

Document Type = Ask your Functional Consultant Which Value to Choose

Then Next Tab ( Print )

Print param = Ask your Functional Consultant Which Value to Choose

Then Save ....

Please Note This Above Customization Job is Functional Consultant So You Tell him to Do it ..

Then Once Saved Follow My Previous Post which i suggested u through Nace Transaction..
