Hi,

I've created a smartform with 2 pages : PAGE1 & PAGE2.

Page1 has : HEADER, MAIN & FOOTER windows

Page2 has: MAIN & FOOTER windows

Now my requirement is:

If the smartform conatins only 1 page then footer should appear & if more than 1 pages are there footer should appear on last page. This is happening.

I've made MAIN window to the full height of page & footer overlaps it so that for more than 1 pages , there is no extra space at the bottom.

But the problem is if the records are more on last page so that they can fit in MAIN window they appear but then the Footer overlaps it.

Please guide me with solution.

Hi,

In the Settings of the FOOTER window, you will find various options (Checkboxes) in the "Conditions" tab.

1. Only on First Page

2. Not on First Page

3. Only After End of Main Window

4. Only Before End of Main Window

5. Only on Page <Page No.>

I think the 3rd option should work for you. Try it out.

Dont overlap the MAIN window on the FOOTER window.

Hi,

I've already checked this option.

If I don't overlap the windows then there is unwanted space at bottom on the repeating pages.

please guide.

hi,

footer window conditions tab you can select the not on first page and select the only after end of the main window or only on page select the your last page
