Hi,

I am trying to develop AP & AR forms for FI .I was looking for standard SAP defined forms.I can see only one standard form "Dunning Notice". If anyone can tell me what are standard forms are there for Acoount recivables and Account payables (AR & AP). I know the three.

1) Dunning Notice.

2) Invoice.

3) Check .

If someone can help me listing more forms for "AP & AR".That really help me.....please urgent.

Thanks for the list of the forms......If I want to find all the forms for "AP & AR". where to look at or you have anything on web to see all the names. I went into SPRO to look at forms .I don't see any there. If you know the list can you please write the names of smartforms for AP & AR. Thank you for your help

Here is probably where you find it.

SPRO --> Implemenation Guide (F5)

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide

-> Financial Accounting

-> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

-> Business Transactions

-> Dunning

-> Assign Dunning Forms

These forms are Company Code Specific.

I am not sure if this is what exactly you are looking, but take a look anyways.

HI

You can try with this.

1-Go to Tcode SPRO

2-Select Financial Accounting

Here you can search for that standard form that you are looking for.Though you have not mentioned that which are the stanrd form you want in account receivable and account payable i couldn't given the same.

Hello Andy,

For AP & AR there are SAP Defined forms which can be gathered from SPRO settings as follows -

1. Transaction SPRO.

2. Click on SAP Reference IMG button from the application toolbar.

3. Select the Financial Accounting(FA) node.

4. From the drilldown list of FA, select the

'Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable' node

-> 'Infomation System' node

-> 'Accounts Receivable' node OR 'Account Payable' node

-> 'Drilldown Reports' node

-> 'Form' node

You will get forms here. This will sort out your query.

Hi,

I went there by typing 'SPRO' to see the Forms. I don't see any forms there.Any suggestions why I can't see any of those stuff....

You may need to ask BASIS to install SAP BP Packages for SmartForms.
